One day, Arash met majestic raven while walking around the city. Arash asked the bird: how do you say your name in Japanese?

Bird said: KARASU

ある日、アラシュは街を歩いていると雄大なカラスに出会いました。

アラシュは、日本語であなたの名前を何と言うかを鳥に尋ねた。

鳥はそれがからすだと言った。

Synthesis & Result

During a musical tour in Tokyo at the Shibuya Showcase Festival, after meeting with friends and a magic crow, this project on the mythology of the three-legged crow was born. By mixing its name ARASHKHA and KARASU (crow in Japanese), the ARASHKARASU (storm of crows in Japanese) project received its title. This mythology is common in Japan, China and Korea. ARASHKHA has produced a 40-minute film-concert which poetically questions the themes of Nature, Urbanity, Ruin, Eros and Spirituality.
